Senior Product Designer
Designed end-to-end payment and checkout experiences within the Mercado Pago ecosystem, partnering with Product and Engineering on high-impact regional initiatives. Owned the full design process — from flow definition and wireframing to high-fidelity UI, prototyping, component anatomy, and developer handoff. Focused on business metrics — conversion, adoption, transactional efficiency — tracking results post-launch to iterate. Validated key decisions through field research, user interviews, and prototype testing alongside UX Research.
Art Director
Led creative direction of B2B digital experiences for global clients (Siemens, Microsoft, BASF, BMW). Built and mentored a multidisciplinary design team and contributed to strategic planning across UX, IT and project management.
